Code of Ethics
Guided by the highest values the Brazilian Construction Industry Chamber published in 1992 the Code of Ethics that serves as a benchmark and orientation to the position and acting of Brazilian Construction Industry. This document exposes posture and behavior standards to construction activities, that should be followed by CBIC and by all the associates, classy entities and companies vinculated to the sector, which through their professionals, regardless of their position or function, act directly or indirectly on the industry of construction during the phases of planification, production, commercialization and activities connected to the sector.

In 2016, the entity published a set of guiding documents, expanding the scope of the original document through the Ethic & Compliance project in the Construction Industry, made by Social Action and Citizenship Forum (FASC). The volume is composed by an ethic referential guide, a politic compliance and representation guide, a code of competitive conduct for the construction industry, and by a manual of evaluation of corruption risks in the companies.
