NEW BUSINESS AND COMPETITIVITY ON THE TOP OF A STRATEGIC AGENDA

COINFRA coordinates and develops actions into the social and logistical infrastructure field, including concessions and public-private partnerships modes (PPPs).  It focuses on the expansion of the business opportunities, the insertion of a higher number of enterprises into the market and the pursuit of the balance into the contractual relations. COINFRA monitors and joins the development of topics related to the sector, as: Growth Speed-Up Program (PAC)/ Speed -Up Program; Review of the National Law of Public Biddings; Cost of the construction projects (BDI, Social Laws, SINAPI and SICRO Tables); Relations with Monitoring and External Monitor Organisms (TCU, CGU and others); Financing Lines for construction (BNDES, CEF, Bank of Brazil); Regulatory Goals (Transport and sanitation); Environmental licenses; governance and risk matrix.
