A verba seria usada para bancar a continuidade das obras do faixa 1 do programa Casa Verde e Amarela (antigo Minha Casa, Minha Vida).<\/p>\n<p>A medida vai afetar, principalmente, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o mais pobre, podendo at\u00e9 mesmo ter como consequ\u00eancia um aumento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua. Isto porque, al\u00e9m do cen\u00e1rio pand\u00eamico atual e do crescente desemprego no pa\u00eds, o corte ir\u00e1 impedir a conclus\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n<p>Somente aqui no Cear\u00e1, cerca de 34 empreendimentos ter\u00e3o as obras paralisadas j\u00e1 a partir deste m\u00eas de maio. Um total de 13.302 unidades habitacionais, entre obras que est\u00e3o prestes a ser entregues e outras que ainda est\u00e3o pela metade.<\/p>\n<p>O veto praticamente zera o que estava reservado, restando a sobra de apenas R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para tocar o programa no Cear\u00e1. A situa\u00e7\u00e3o torna imposs\u00edvel a continuidade do que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 contratado, afetando diretamente os postos de trabalho das respectivas obras.<\/p>\n<p>A C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil \u2013 CBIC est\u00e1 capitaneando o di\u00e1logo com os parlamentares e com o pr\u00f3prio governo federal para que voltem atr\u00e1s com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao corte de recursos. O Sinduscon Cear\u00e1 defende que essa seja uma pol\u00edtica de Estado e n\u00e3o de governo, uma vez que \u00e9 extremamente necess\u00e1ria para diminuir o d\u00e9ficit habitacional do nosso pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Para se ter uma ideia, somente no Cear\u00e1, o d\u00e9ficit habitacional chega a 335,3 mil unidades. At\u00e9 2030, o Estado precisar\u00e1 de 507 mil casas. Sabemos que para milh\u00f5es de brasileiros, o sonho da casa pr\u00f3pria \u00e9 uma prioridade e, apesar disso, pode estar cada vez mais longe de ser concretizado com a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pol\u00edtica habitacional que prioriza os mais vulner\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, confiamos na sensibilidade do Congresso Nacional para uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o urgente a fim de reverter o veto e evitar as demiss\u00f5es em massa do setor, j\u00e1 t\u00e3o afetado pela pandemia e aumento dos insumos.
