{"id":2279,"date":"2022-03-23T17:40:52","date_gmt":"2022-03-23T20:40:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cbic.org.br\/habitacao-interesse-social\/2022\/03\/23\/mdr-altera-requisitos-para-projetos-de-imoveis-objeto-de-financiamento\/"},"modified":"2022-03-23T17:40:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-23T20:40:52","slug":"mdr-altera-requisitos-para-projetos-de-imoveis-objeto-de-financiamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cbic.org.br\/habitacao-interesse-social\/2022\/03\/23\/mdr-altera-requisitos-para-projetos-de-imoveis-objeto-de-financiamento\/","title":{"rendered":"MDR\u00a0altera requisitos para projetos de im\u00f3veis objeto de financiamento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-n-7-de-22-de-marco-de-2022-387894670\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 7\/2022 do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento Regional (MDR)<\/a>, publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) desta quarta-feira (23\/03), altera a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-n-42-de-15-de-outubro-de-2021-352674668\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n<strong>\u00ba<\/strong> 42\/2021<\/a>, do MDR, que regulamenta os<strong> Programas Carta de Cr\u00e9dito Individual<\/strong>, <strong>Carta de Cr\u00e9dito Associativo e Apoio \u00e0 Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Habita\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, integrantes da \u00e1rea de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Habita\u00e7\u00e3o Popular, no \u00e2mbito do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS); e a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-n-55-de-15-de-dezembro-de-2021-367543721\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n<strong>\u00ba<\/strong> 55\/ 2021<\/a>, que disp\u00f5e sobre o <strong>Or\u00e7amento Operacional do FGTS<\/strong> referente \u00e0<strong> \u00e1rea de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, para o <strong>exerc\u00edcio de 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre outros, a IN altera os limites operacionais da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de financiamento enquadradas nas modalidades operacionais de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o ou produ\u00e7\u00e3o de lote urbanizado, quanto os valores limites de venda ou investimento que ficam limitados a 30% dos valores especificados no art. 20 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caixa.gov.br\/Downloads\/habitacao-minha-casa-minha-vida\/Resolucao_CCFGTS_702.pdf\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CCFGTS 702\/2012<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Altera tamb\u00e9m requisitos sobre os im\u00f3veis objeto de financiamento que dever\u00e3o observar:<\/p>\n<p><strong>i)<\/strong> a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos que contemplem, na forma da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor, pessoas com defici\u00eancia, com mobilidade reduzida e idosos;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ii)<\/strong> leiaute composto, no m\u00ednimo, por sala, dois quartos, banheiro e cozinha, quando destinados a fam\u00edlias com renda mensal bruta limitada a R$ 2.400,00 e provenientes de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de financiamento \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, altera os valores das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de financiamento com mutu\u00e1rios pessoas f\u00edsicas, as taxas nominais de juros do financiamento, quest\u00f5es afetas ao fator renda mensal bruta para descontos concedidos \u00e0s pessoas f\u00edsicas com renda familiar bruta mensal limitada, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">(Com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Foco Assessoria)<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 7\/2022 do Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento Regional (MDR), publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) desta quarta-feira (23\/03), altera a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 42\/2021, do MDR, que regulamenta os Programas Carta de Cr\u00e9dito Individual, Carta de Cr\u00e9dito Associativo e Apoio \u00e0 Produ\u00e7\u00e3o [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":1000001,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[5,6,7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2279","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-agencia-cbic","category-habitacao-de-interesse-social-agencia-cbic","category-industria-imobiliaria-agencia-cbic"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
